Ok time for a post, to push down the previous depressing post. I realise computing isnt as bad as it seems, and if i really end up there, ill just have to accept that its His will and something good will come out of it. Waiting for the nus appeal period to open for now, n crossing my fingers.

Yup, so cantabile's nezt wk. Im showing more commitment in the practices, since its more fun than wad i had expected. The alumni ppl are fun to be wif, n its really easy to socialise, be it the juniors or seniors. The concert's on thurs, so ppl reading this hu wants to go, msg me. Cheap cheap, selling fast! While stocks last, grab them now! Ahem. Considering how rare it is for me to even join alumni and sing for that matter, ill make sure i sing as seriously as possible to make ur money's worth. Lol.

Yay watching Pirates of the Carribean 3 tmr. Sadly, before that i have to work for half a day. On the bright side, i get 2 times the hourly rate. That's y i wouldnt mind heh. Finally watching my first movie at The Cathay. Everyone says the seats are damn comfy, and the movie experience is quite a pleasure, but everytime i wanna watch a movie there its always fully booked with only the first rows left. Oh, n ive yet to try vivo's cinema too. Vivo's a bit ulu tho.

Slept 10 hrs in 3 days. I hope the movie's exciting enuf to keep me awake thru the whole 170 mins. Oh and taking leave on monday to shop. GSS sweetness. Time for retail therapy n indulge in a shopaholic ecstatic high.

Emotional rollercoaster ride the past few days. Was abt to go for choir prac wif much anticipation on fri, but got a call from my mum abt the application results from NUS. She told me i got into computer engineering, which was smth i totally didnt expect. My mind just wasnt mentally prepared for such a news i guess. I thought i would be able to get into FASS. Thus came a whole surge of thoughts of worries, regrets n 'wad ifs'. Totally lost the mood to sing or interact with ppl.

Only on Saturday did i realise i got into computing instead. Which wasnt as bad, but still, wasnt wad i wanted. Now im waiting for NTU's reply, before deciding to appeal for FASS. I dunno wad to expect, so its better not to think too much abt it for now.

So for all those asking abt wad uni n course im goin to, which everybody seems to ask as the first question, i hope you read this. SO i dun have to bother explaining wad i dun really like to explain in the first place. All the why why whys in this area are starting to make my volatile mood these days spill over.

Went kayaking yest, from 10 to 5. Currently i look like red lobster with an uneven tan. So touchy ppl, do not slap me on my arms pls. But it was really fun, and i had the chance to ease my mood n think abt stuff. And feel healthy even hah. Now that i have my one star kayaking cert, i can go kayaking anytime i want. Yay.

Just finished watching American Idol and damn am i shocked at the results. Melinda Doolittle totally deserves to be the winner, but got booted out instead. Humble, nice, ever-optmistic, and most impt, the best voice imo. Mayb its true, ppl dun like good guys.

And Maroon 5 isnt as impressive live as they are on the album. Ok duh. Their songs are hard to sing as it is. Their new image looks cool tho, and the album cover, woo neat. Anw, their new hit single, Makes me wonder, is stuck in my head. And thats not the only thing that's been stuck in my head since this morning. Urgh really distracting me from work, but its really nothing to complain abt anw.

Makes you wonder wad im talking abt huh. Makes me wonder too.

Anw, im gonna use my fren's excuse of not updating abt HK. I dun have all the pics from all my fren's cameras, thus cun pick out the best out of the lot to upload n blog abt. Choir prac tmr. Yes, surprising as it is, im joining the alumni this year cos i really really miss choir......not. I just have the free time, and since my good buds are in too, why not have fun together? Besides, i get to meet juniors n seniors i havent seen in a long time, n noe new ppl too. Lol. I mean even if i suck that bad i can still do better lip synching than Ashlee Simpson to smoke my way thru on the VCH stage. Ok i was kidding. I was even reading the scores while watching TV to try and memorise my parts la. And i gotta say this, im gd at remembering pitches n non-weird tunes man.

Ok ego aside, i've been grinning from ear to ear almost the whole day now.

Came back not too long ago. Had a thrill ride from jh's bike, goin at fast spds of 70-110 km/h. And i didnt feel nervous at all. Mayb its jh's pro handling, or mayb its just my nature of loving excitement.

Just watched spiderman 3, and i must say all that hype is really uncalled for. Spiderman 2 was way better imo. Too many villians dilute the entire plot, making the storyline shallow and its flow weird. Its saving grace was its effects and action. There were a few exciting scenes, especially the last battle, but other than tt the rest of the fights were just pretty average. The huge ticket sales could probably be attributed to the fact tt its the first major blockbuster movie of the year. Coming up next would be Pirates of the Carribean, Fantastic Four and Harry Potter. I hope i dun get disappointed again.

Having said tt, i dun mind watching sappy movies, or even comedies. Emo me is emerging.

Speaking of which, i nearly din make it to work on time cos of a Disneyland dream. Like 0_O. And no HK posts yet cos havent collated n sort out the photos yet. I want the photo of me n life-sized Pooh. Boo.

Just came back from HK in the wee hrs of the morn today. Really really fun, save the tired legs n higher than expected prices of stuff in major malls. The REAL GOOD food, the fun of bargaining in canto n getting cheap stuff in ladies market, the happening night life in Lan Gui Fang, and DISNEYLAND. You can really go there, act like a kid n still look normal. Unleash the inner child in you. Disney rox.

Anw, the day before we left for HK, we celebrated jiahui's n jaime's bdaes. It was kinda very belated since the girls were busy wif exams. And jiahui got us lovely stuff from his Japan trip. Diff types of wax for the guys, and kinky stuff for the girls.

And i got pangsehed today. Supposed to go watch spidey3 n do some light shopping. Nvm managed to sleep in and enjoy 'me' time, and also unpack, reflect, and get back to reality. Which brings me back to sianness of having to go back to work tmr. Ah i wanna stay in fantasyland 4eva.
